Marty,
I'm so glad. Thanks very much for this moving report and for the insight you offer about the value of sometimes coming at these body issues indirectly.
I wish you much continued success and joy. - Belleruth

Dear Bellaruth,
An unexpected benefit for me of your "Weight Loss" cd came in relation to my healing from lifelong incest. Intensely uncomfortable in my body, the sexual abuse, and inner child cds were too frightening, but the imagery of friendliness and appreciation towards the body was gently and remarkably healing for me in "Weight Loss." Thank-you a thousand times; I literally would not have lived through the trauma of my healing without your guided imagery cds. I have many of them. I no longer suffer with night terrors. Occasional nightmares, yes, but not the horrific night terrors. Thank-you. I never imagined there could be life without terror. I am overwhelmed with gratitude to you and my remarkable therapist. (Who, by the way has met you at some of your workshops.) Blessings to you, Marty
PS Thank-you so much for the reminder at the end of each affirmation set that I am held in the hand of God and am "perfectly, utterly safe." That helped regrow my faith in a God who is good...and safe. - Marty
